About the eSkills Women's Business Program
The eSkills Women's Business Program is an initiative of the German Cooperation, implemented by GIZ in cooperation with COTVET, Reach for Change and #eSkills4Girls. The program will provide participants with intensive, tailored support to develop and implement a successful strategy to grow their business and increase their impact. Participants will also have the opportunity to build a network of highly talented female entrepreneurs.
We are looking for businesses that:
- Are led by women - businesses that are headed by women or have women at the forefront of the venture.
Are or can be tech driven – businesses that have technology as an integral part of the business or have the potential to use technology to drive growth. (E.g. a fashion designer wanting to use social media to increase sales).
Are scalable – businesses that are legally registered with a stable operation that are looking to scale and increase the impact of their innovation in the Volta region and in Ghana at large.
Have been operating for 2 years or more and are based in the Volta region.
Are financially sustainable – businesses that have a proven business model or have the potential to develop a financially sustainable business model.
