    Reach for Change Ghana is thrilled to announce the selection of 80 innovative climate-focused startups to participate in the Pre-Acceleration Phase of the Empowering Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Africa (ESEA) program. This significant milestone follows a rigorous search and selection process launched in March 2025.

    With support from Norad - the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation - Village Capital (VilCap) is delivering the Empowering Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Africa (ESEA) program. This transformative ecosystem-building initiative aims to strengthen the capacity and impact of Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs) and climate-focused early-stage startups in Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, and Tanzania.
